How Do You Access Google Classroom At Home?
We are very fortunate to be a 1:1 classroom. We have a cart of chromebooks that students will use every day in Room 311. We use Google Classroom as the launching point for pretty much everything we do. This helps keep us organized and we always know where to go (even with all the crazy tech things we will do this year.)
To access Google Classroom at home, students need to be logged into their school google account. One way is to sign in through the SMUSD Cloud.
Go To https://cloud.smusd.org https://cloud.smusd.org
Enter your student login and your password (your birthdate formatted YYYYMMDD)
Then use the tiles to find Google Classroom.
You can also access your Google Drive files from the Cloud.
Ipad:
If you will be regularly accessing your files on an ipad, you will want to download the following apps:
Google Drive
Google Classroom
Google Docs
Google Slides
Lexia Core 5
